The Ghana Group Pty Ltd / Ghana House Trust (GHT) is a Ghanaian Community owned private business enterprise, set up in Sydney Australia by interested members within the Australian, Ghanaian and other African communities with the aim of investing in real estate and using the equity to benefit it’s members
- Membership is currently open to individuals who have made or will make a weekly $25 or more contributions.
- Members who have acquired shares in the company own the company and will be paid dividends from rent returns in the real estate.
- Each dollar contributed buys one unit.
- No admission / enrolment fees.
- Current membership is 78

To invest in real estate with a goal of building equity for the benefit of our members, while developing community.
We require the commitment and dedication of the Ghanaian community & other interested individuals or persons.
It is essential that we obtain adequate funding in order to proceed.
