Overview of the Ghana Trust
Ghana Group Pty. Ltd. is registered in Sydney, Australia. Its aims are to promote economic development in the Ghanaian, other African Communities and Australians through a series of phased investments, ultimately developing Ghana House Trust and the Ghana Club.
Ownership
Ghana Group is owned by interested individuals within the Ghanaian, Australian and other African Communities and/or their families who have made or will make a weekly $25 or more contributions to the Group. Each dollar contributed buys one unit. Three million units were made available for sale.
Reserves and Exits
After the end of Phase Three of our investment strategy, we will hold 10% of invested capital in reserve to allow those members wishing to liquidate their holdings to do so quickly.
Our Investment Strategy
Phase 1 – Completed
Raised funding of more than $300,000 to purchase the Trust’s first, second and third properties in NSW and Victoria.
Sydney Property – $0 Owing
Phase 2 – In Progress
Our Second Phase will see growth in the Trust’s income to over $30,000 per annum based on $600,000 of invested capital
Melbourne Property – $262,808 Owing

Phase 3 – In Progress
Again, having raised a further $400,000 and invested $300,000 of this sum in a similar property, we will see income climb to just under $50,000 per annum.

Phase 4
The development of a Multi-purpose Community Function Centre will require between $5 million to $7 million to complete.
